The whole Church, as a priestly people, acts in different ways in the work of reconciliation that has been entrusted to it by the Lord.

PREPARATION FOR THE SACRAMENT
Remote Preparation
Becuse parents are their children's primary teachers of the Faith, the example of parents is vital in the preparation of a child for every sacrament, including the sacrament of Reconciliation. Additional catechesis (faith formation) is provided by Parish Religious Education sessions and St. Robert School. Immediate preparation for the sacrament, however, will take place through a parent-student orientation session and home study.
Immediate Preparation
...consists of:
• an orientation session for both parents and children (Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at 6:30 pm)
• parent-student home study
CELEBRATION OF THE SACRAMENT
...will take place on Saturday, November 20, at 9:00 am, in church. Family members are also invited to participate in this celebration of the sacrament. Reconciliation is also offered on Saturday mornings from 9:00-10:00 am, in church.
