What is a raffle calendar anyway?
A raffle calendar is your chance to win cash each day of the year. For each calendar you purchase, your name will be entered into a daily drawing. Prize amounts vary for each day of 2012 and range from $20 to $1,000. Details of the cash prize amounts are shown on the calendar.
Who do I write my check out to and for how much?
St. Robert Home & School Association. $20 per calendar.
How many calendars will be sold?
Only 1,500! Don’t wait to get yours. Buy them, sell them and gift them while they last.
What do I do with my calendar?
Keep it handy all year long. Use it to check for big money dates. Enjoy the colorful artwork by Ms. Hanson.
How are winners drawn?
One winner will be drawn each day of the year in the Parish rectory between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Names of the lucky folks will be posted on strobert.org and will be published in the Parish bulletin.
How will I know if I won?
You’ll find a check in your mailbox! Winners will be sent their prize checks via the USPS on a weekly basis. It will make checking your daily mail much more interesting.
Can I win more than once?
Absolutely. Each winner is returned right back into the drawing. You are eligible to win 366 times because 2012 is a leap year!
When is the deadline to turn in sold calendar stubs?
December 31, 2011. Our first lucky winner will be drawn and will win $500 on New Year’s Day 2012.
I've sold every calendar I was given. How do I get more?
More calendars are available in the school office, the Parish office and after each weekend Mass during Advent. Or, call Amy at 414.962.1450 for home delivery!
I don't live in the area, but I would love to support St. Robert School and have a chance to win cash all year long. How can I buy some calendars?
Easy. Complete this order form, send in your money and the calendars will be mailed to you.
I’m planning to sell calendars over Christmas break, but how do I turn the stubs in if school is not open?
No worries. Call 414.962.1450 and the Raffle Committee will make arrangements to pick up your stubs! We’re at your service.
What should I do with the calendars I am unable to sell?
Please return them to the school office asap.
What are the proceeds of this raffle used for?
All money generated from this fundraiser will go to the Home & School Association to help fund a subsidy to the school operating budget, many social and enrichment activities, as well as programs and equipment that enhance the education of all the children in our school.
