Admissions

Transfer students are welcome throughout the 2011-2012 school year
Note that our all-day senior kindergarten (K5) is full. Space is available at all other grade levels, K4 - 8th grade.

Enrollment for the 2012-2013 school year will begin in January

Application Process
Several forms are required to apply for admission. Parents should complete a New Student Application for Enrollment and a signed Parent Covenant. Both should then be returned to the school with a check for $250 payable to St. Robert School. This fee is non-refundable and is applied to registration fees ($110) and tuition ($140). You will receive a confirmation letter when your registration materials have been processed and accepted.  

Our Policy
St. Robert School does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, or national or ethnic origin in the administration of its admissions and educational policies, financial aid, athletic and other school-administered activities.  While the majority of our students and their families are Catholic, we welcome children of all faiths and religious backgrounds at our school. 
 
Tuition
Tuition for an all-day K4-8th grade student for the 2011-2012 school year is $3,250 for each parish child and $4,630 for each nonparishioner child. Tuition for a half-day junior or senior kindergartener is $2,305 for a parish child and $3,290 for a nonparishioner child. For many families education expenses are easier to pay when spread over predictable, interest-free monthly payments. Our Interest-Free Monthly Payment Plan, administered by Tuition Management Systems, is an alternative to large annual or term payments and helps limit borrowing. It is available for a small enrollment fee and includes:

While payment plans are available to make a St. Robert School education affordable, only parish families qualify for financial assistance. 

Financial Assistance
At St. Robert School we conduct our financial aid application process in partnership with Private School Aid Service. The application process begins with the Student Aid Form and can be accessed online using the link below OR you may print a hard copy and send it in the mail. To complete the forms online please use the School Authorization Code for St. Robert School which is 3537. Remember that if you complete the application online you still need to send in all of your supporting documentation by US mail

PSAS Application Form for 2012-2013

Those families qualifying for assistance will receive confirmation of their grants by mail. 

The first mailing deadline to apply for assistance for the 2012-2012 school year is April 30, 2012.  Parents who applied and whose applications were complete by that date will find out about their aid packages in June.  The next application mailing deadline is August 1.
