Even though students and faculty are on summer vacation, there are several staff members in the school available to assist you, including Principal Lauren Beckmann, Director of School Advancement Lisa Lesjak, and Administrative Assistant/Financial Secretary Karen Raap. Classes will resume on August 30th. Application Process
Two forms are required to apply for admission. Parents should complete a New Student Application for Enrollment and a signed Parent Covenant. Both should then be returned to the school with a check for $250 payable to St. Robert School. This fee is non-refundable and is applied to registration fees ($95) and tuition ($155). You will receive a confirmation letter when your registration materials have been processed and accepted.

Tuition
Tuition for an all-day K4-8th grade student for the 2010-11 school year is $3,140 for each parish child and $4,475 for each nonparishioner child. Tuition for a half-day junior or senior kindergartener is $2,095 for a parish child and $2,990 for a nonparishioner child. While payment plans are available to make a St. Robert School education affordable, only parish families qualify for financial assistance. 

Financial Assistance
At St. Robert School we conduct our financial aid application process in partnership with Private School Aid Service. The application process begins with the Student Aid Form and can be accessed online using the link below OR you may print a hard copy and send it in the mail. To complete the forms online please use the School Authorization Code for St. Robert School which is 3537. Remember that if you complete the application online you still need to send in all of your supporting documentation by US mail

Those families qualifying for assistance will receive confirmation of their grants by mail.  The first deadline to apply for assistance for the 2010-2011 school year was May 1.  Parents who applied and whose applications were  complete by that date will find out about their aid packages soon.  The next application deadline is August 1.
