- Congratulations to our 8th grade girls for making the 2012 Padre! The girls had a great season. Congratulations also to all other grades on their effort this season. It was a great year of basketball, with 110 athletes on 14 teams. Lastly, thank you coaches for a great season. Parents and players, please look for sign-up forms in the fall for the 2012-2013 season.

Elementary School Interscholastic Athletics Physical Examination Form
This form must be filled out by a physician. The form is good for two years unless your physician has indicated otherwise. The Physical Examination form must be up-to-date before your child will be allowed to practice. It is likely that 5th and 7th grade athletes need to have this form filled out. It is also likely that 6th and 8th grade athletes do not since the forms are kept on file for two years.
