- Congratulations to all of our 8th grade teams for making the 2011 Seton! The boys, girls Metro, and girls North Shore team were all invited! Congratulations also to all the other grades. It was a great volleyball season, with 102 athletes on 11 different teams. Lastly, thank you coaches for a great season. Parents and players, look for sign up forms in the springfor the 2012 season.

Elementary School Interscholastic Athletics Physical Examination Form
This form must be filled out by a physician. The form is good for two years unless your physician has indicated otherwise. The Physical Examination form must be up-to-date before your child will be allowed to practice. It is likely that 5th and 7th grade athletes need to have this form filled out. It is also likely that 6th and 8th grade athletes do not since the forms are kept on file for two years.
