Current School Families Referral Form Financial Assistance At St. Robert School we conduct our financial aid application process in partnership with Private School Aid Service. The Student Aid Form begins the application process and can be accessed online OR print a hard copy and mail it in (see links below). To complete the forms online you will need our School Authorization Code number which is 3537. Also remember that if you complete the application online you still need to send in all of your documentation via US mail. Our first mailing deadline for financial aid is May 1st. By June 1st, aid will be distributed according to the needs of the applicant pool. A second processing deadline of September 1st will accomodate late applicants and be based on remaining funds available. Do you go on vacation? Do you tackle home improvement projects? If you answered yes to any of these questions, you could be raising money for St. Robert School while you go about your daily life. St. Robert Home and School is introducing a new fund raising program, SCRIP, through which you purchase prepaid cards for retailers you frequent on a regular basis. These retailers include stores such as Sendiks, Starbucks, The Gap, Home Depot and Mobil gas stations, just to name a few. We purchase those cards in bulk at a discount and when you purchase them at face value from us – the school receives the difference between the two. This is “shopping cart” fundraising. Every time you make a purchase like this you can be contributing to our school’s fundraising efforts. Those dollars are used as we continue to enhance our kids’ educational experience.
