PARISH ADMINISTRATION MINISTRIES
The life of the Parish depends on smooth functioning of day-to-day business. Parishioners with time and skills in business, administration, and even groundskeeping are always in need and welcome to join our ministries devoted to Parish administration. Please contact the Parish Office, (414) 332-1164 ext. 3010, or ddannecker@strobert.org. if you would like more information about, or would like to join, one of these ministries.
Pastoral Council
The Pastoral Council is a group of people chosen by the Parish community, the two Parish Trustees, and representatives of our major ministries, guiding the Pastor in developing the direction of the Parish’s present and future activities in Worship, Service and Evangelization.
Our Pastoral Council usually meets monthly at 6:30 pm. Meeting dates can be found on the Parish online calendar. Parishioners are welcome to attend. Please see the Parish Council page for more information.
St Robert Finance Council
The Finance Council works with the Pastor to monitor the temporal affairs of the Parish. The number of council members is set by the Archdiocese and members are appointed by the Pastor. The Parish welcomes volunteers who would like to be considered for possible appointment to the Council, or who would be willing to assist with project specific needs in financial analysis.
Personnel Committee
The Personnel Committee develops a comprehensive personnel system and monitors its implementation and administration.
Athletic Association
The Athletic Association is responsible for the Parish grade-school level basketball and volleyball programs. Volunteers are needed to coach and help run those programs as well as raise funds to support the Association’s programs. You can find more information here.
Buildings and Grounds Committee
The Building & Grounds Committee is responsible for planning and undertaking the maintenance and upkeep of Parish facilities and grounds.
St. Robert Gardens
One element of our Church grounds that needs particular attention are the gardens. Volunteers are always needed to assist in maintaining their beauty. This ministry also welcomes families, teams, classes, scout troops and other groups interested in adopting one of the gardens.
Office Volunteers
Volunteers assist the Parish Office with bulletin stuffing, mailings and other projects on an occasional basis during office hours.
